Overall Good experience there is an issue with bathroom the jet spray was not working else everything was good. The price is also decent we were not overly charged, towels and bed sheets were clean but the bathroom needs to be more clean

I booked a premium room, expecting a comfortable and well-maintained space, but it was far from it. The walls were damp, switches were broken, and basic amenities like toiletries were missing. To make things worse, the towels provided were dirty, which was quite off-putting. The swimming pool timing was another major letdown. It was scheduled for cleaning between 8 to 9 AM, which is typically the peak time when guests would want to use it. This poor planning made it almost impossible to enjoy the facility. Breakfast service was another disappointment. The staff was slow, and it took an unreasonably long time to get our food. For a hotel that claims to offer premium services, this was not up to the mark. Overall, the experience did not justify the price paid. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. The pool was just average—nothing special, but at least functional. However, the real letdown was the service. Staff seemed uninterested and unresponsive, making even simple requests feel like a hassle. Housekeeping and front desk support were slow, and overall, the hospitality was lacking. If you're looking for a place with top-notch service, this isn't it. There are likely better options in the area for the same price.

Hi, thanks to hotel management for taking care of everything, food was great, hotel staff was supportive even they accepted early check in requests. I highly recommend staying there as property have some breathtaking views.

Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend Thank you!" I stayed at Hotel Arthur for a night, really enjoyed its location in the city centre where everything is within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, breakfast really delicious, and the room nice.

1. Cleanliness issues -torn bed sheet and dirty washroom (pics attached, request to change room was declined 2. Due to an ongoing wedding, no complimentary breakfast was available which was part of the booking 3. Due to the wedding, stalls were placed right next to the window, which made it impossible to sleep due to the noise from 5-6 am onwards 4. We rented a scooty from the hotel, and it cost rs 600 for a day. Outside same scooty was available for rs 300 5. Kitchen was closed due to the wedding so were forced to go out for breakfast
